"From someone on their second set of braces, I must say that Smile Doctors is truly THE BEST! My previous orthodontist (who shall remain nameless) doesn’t even compare. Although I was a student in New Orleans when I first started, I love my experience with Smile Doctors so much that I now travel two hours from home just for my appointments.I know everyone’s process is different, but for me, progress was shown quickly. My treatment hasn’t been dragged out unnecessarily, and most of my visits take less than 20-30 minutes. "I am a 38 year old who did Invisalign with the smile direct company. When they went bankrupt I was left without a proper fitting retainer, no where to go, and no one to contact. Because I have been without proper fitting retainers for the last few months, my teeth have begun to shift. On a whim I called the Smile Doctors and they were able to see me immediately. They were so kind and patient. And a month later I have new retainers that we will use to adjust my minor issues. "Let me just start by saying that smile dental in Chalmette has the best staff EVER. My daughter got her first appt for braces and they were informative and their attitude was very pleasant. Dr Lee, Kait and Alyssa were the most helpful. I also forgot to mention that I have been a patient for almost 2 years and my braces are due to come off in September. I had the metal brackets when I was a teen. I was surprised how much straighter the invisalign made my teeth , but I am sure a big part of that was Dr. Haley. "Made a last-minute consultation Thursday evening and was able to be seen the next morning. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Any questions I had were answered without hesitation. I had pictures and x-rays taken during my consultation, and my treatment coordinator Kellie explained in great detail the process for me to get my “perfect smile”. She worked with me to stay within budget since I do not have orthodontic insurance. To say I was shocked by the price is an understatement. Smile Doctors makes having braces affordable! I ended up leaving my appointment only to call back an hour later to schedule my appointment to get braces on. To my surprise, they were actually able to fit me in the same day. The lady (I can’t remember her name) who put my brackets on was so knowledgeable and so kind. She made sure to explain every step along the way as I was a little nervous. "I chose this place since they have Saturday appointments. I was more than delighted when I walked into the place. The equipment is state of the art. The staff are friendly and professional and efficient. Dr Devereux is excellent with superb bedside manner. They scan your teeth for Invisalign instead of that very uncomfortable gel impression process. My Invisalign should be in around Christmas so I’ll start treatment then. There is no longer a need to come in every six weeks or so as there is a device that scans your teeth. The scan is then sent via app to the office for evaluation. So that is really really nice. I’m very hopeful."

"Today was my first appointment with the Smile Doctors. It was a great first appointment!!!! As soon as I walked in, the reception staff greeted me, checked me in and we had a good chat/laugh about my lamberts shirt I wore today. Everyone agreed that a trip to lamberts is much needed! Right away they took me back for X-rays and pictures. Which was fast and easy. Then a few minutes later they took me to a room and discussed the X-rays and pictures that were just taken, as well as what I was looking for in an end result. I went in because I had braces in high school and after using night guards over the past 15+ years a few teeth have moved. The doctor came in and explained what he saw in my X-rays and pictures and what options I had. I could go with the fast and easy option, which included just fixing the few crooked teeth. Or I could go with a bit longer of an experience and fix the crooked teeth and the small overbite I had. The technician was awesome at going over the pricing for each package option I had. And was extremely helpful in picking which option to go with!! She then got me right in to get my teeth scan so those can be sent off to the labs and get my retainers in as fast as possible. She then scheduled my next appointment, got all my paperwork together, even a T-shirt! As I went to leave I asked about cost for today’s appointment. They explained that the consultation and X-rays were at no charge! I was shocked!!!! I had to ask a couple of times just to make sure!!!! The whole experience was extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming and amazing!!! I’m very excited for a future smile!!! A huge thank you to all the staff members with Smile Doctors!!!"

"I got Invisalign done at Smiles Doctors late last year, within the first few sets I saw fast amazing change. Recently I got braces on my bottom teeth and its as if I never had them. I have gotten them tightened twice and no pain was ever felt through out the whole process. Also staff is so nice, they make sure you are comfortable all the time and while working on your teeth ask if your lips are chapped, if you want anything adjusted and cleaned. Lastly there is never a wait time, if you have an appointment at 9:50 you are done by 10:20 which is my frequent appointment time since I start work at 10:30 and after having appointments every 6 weeks for little over a year, I never was late to work once. Highly recommend get any teeth adjustments here 10/10!"
