"Today i had an appointment for my braces & was accompanied these 2 amazingg smile dental workers; Kylie & Wesleigh! I could tell that wesleigh might’ve been new , Kylie was taking her time to educate her, giving her room to ask questions, & she was really invested nd taking in the knowledge. She’s going to fit right in & adjust really quickly , i have a feeling . it was a beautiful thing to witness. i couldn’t help but to acknowledge how quick this process has been so far in general . Ive been with smiles for about 6 months & I already have powerchains on my top row . I couldnt help but to mention to them how different this process has been compared to when i was in georgia . Before coming to smiles I was with Franklins Dental in Georgia for about 2 years & the process wasnt nearly as quick. i had the starter braces for 2 years alonee , now i see that they just waste people’s money, its insane but then again not surprised . ALL THIS TO SAY …10/10 ! Great reviews across the board ! Thank You To Smiles & Their Amazing Employees For Actually Caring About Our Smile’s & Not Just Their Pockets 🗣️🤝🏾!"

"The entire team at this Smile location always make me feel welcomed and provide excellent customer service. They are engaging and truly has my best interest at heart. I appreciate how much they care for me, and I know they do the same for their other patients! You can tell they have perfected their assembly line because every time I go for an appointment, everything runs smoothly. I also like how they provide the at-home scanner to scan the weekly progresses of your braces. The scanner/app makes proper documentation and communication with Smile so much easier. Another feature I appreciate is the coffee and cookie station located in the lobby. It is a great perk for those waiting and/or for those who would like a treat after their visit. Overall, I recommend Houma’s Smile because the crew really does take care of you!!"

"We have been using Smile Doctors for about 3 years now. Our first session consisted of about 2 years of braces. We took a break for about a year and have just started on our second session which will consist of another 18 months of braces. I have never been so impressed and truly happy with a health care provider as I am with their team. We use the Houma, La office and it is truly a blessing. The staff are wonderful and overly friendly. The kindness of their staff is truly one of a kind. I honestly dread going to doctors appointments because of the waiting, the talking, interacting with the staff, etc. but knowing we have an appointment here is seriously worry free. It’s such a relaxed and cheerful environment that we really look forward to going in and then having a shopping day afterwards! I could go on all day but who actually reads a review this long ;)Anyhoo, if you aren’t using Smile Doctors for yourself, your family and referring them to your friends, you are 100% missing out!P.S. They were so gently and kind. Let her pick her color, talk to her about cleaning and I was back to work. I definitely recommend here!!
