"We had a fantastic experience with Smile doctors in Covington. They were so patient with my daughter, always explained every step to put her at ease and were her biggest cheerleaders throughout the journey. We did early treatment which consisted of an Invisalign expander and then metal braces for about a year. I’m so glad we did that. I wish I could have done that and avoided braces in high school! Thank you for the great experience."

"I can not put into words how grateful I am to Dr. Lee and her team. Every visit was met with a smile and the enthusiasm the girls had, everytime we saw progress in my teeth was so amazing. I was 29 when I had my consultation and as of today as 31 I had my bottom braces removed. My crooked teeth were my biggest insecurity as a female. And I’m so happy with my results and I recommend this crew of girls to anyone looking for orthodontic needs! If you’re scared of braces or the thought of Invisalign don’t be! "I am a 38 year old who did Invisalign with the smile direct company. When they went bankrupt I was left without a proper fitting retainer, no where to go, and no one to contact. Because I have been without proper fitting retainers for the last few months, my teeth have begun to shift. On a whim I called the Smile Doctors and they were able to see me immediately. They were so kind and patient. And a month later I have new retainers that we will use to adjust my minor issues. I will definitely use Smile Doctors in the future for my own children’s orthodontic care!"

"The staff at the Metairie location is super friendly. Dr. Haley is very meticulous. She made sure my teeth were perfect before releasing me. I went with the invisalign. I had the metal brackets when I was a teen. I was surprised how much straighter the invisalign made my teeth , but I am sure a big part of that was Dr. Haley. She took several scans and sets until she was happy with the results. She is absolutely the best."

"I chose this place since they have Saturday appointments. I was more than delighted when I walked into the place. The equipment is state of the art. The staff are friendly and professional and efficient. Dr Devereux is excellent with superb bedside manner. They scan your teeth for Invisalign instead of that very uncomfortable gel impression process. My Invisalign should be in around Christmas so I’ll start treatment then. There is no longer a need to come in every six weeks or so as there is a device that scans your teeth. The scan is then sent via app to the office for evaluation. So that is really really nice. I’m very hopeful."
"The staff and Dr. Lee have been amazing throughout my Invisalign treatment. My initial treatment plan was for 1 year. I have gone over the treatment plan because of 2 very stubborn teeth. Dr. Lee and staff have worked hard to get these two teeth corrected because they want me to be happy with my smile. They have listened to all of my concerns and have never made me feel rushed to end my treatment because it’s taking too long. I highly recommend them."

"I got Invisalign done at Smiles Doctors late last year, within the first few sets I saw fast amazing change. Recently I got braces on my bottom teeth and its as if I never had them. I have gotten them tightened twice and no pain was ever felt through out the whole process. Also staff is so nice, they make sure you are comfortable all the time and while working on your teeth ask if your lips are chapped, if you want anything adjusted and cleaned. Lastly there is never a wait time, if you have an appointment at 9:50 you are done by 10:20 which is my frequent appointment time since I start work at 10:30 and after having appointments every 6 weeks for little over a year, I never was late to work once. Highly recommend get any teeth adjustments here 10/10!"

I shopped around and did multiple consultations but chose Smile Doctor’s because they were the only office with an affordable payment plan… like not hundreds of dollars a month. It was a relief. I also loved using their app to speak with the team. Didn’t have to call to voice any concerns/questions/cancellations/rescheduling. I was also really excited to get 2 Invisalign retainers upon getting my braces off. I’ve already lost one and am so happy I had a spare. I feel like I got a great value out of coming here and very highly recommend."

I’m halfway through my Invisalign (finished my first set of trays) and I’m loving my results so far!This was my first visit for getting started with Invisalign and I was very satisfied!
