"I absolutely LOVE great customer service. I called Smile Doctors yesterday concerning my daughter needing braces. They were nice and extremely accommodating. They were able to give us an appointment the next day, today. Before arriving I had received text and a phone call asking if we had any questions or concerns. I went to pick up my daughter and didn't realize she had a test at the time of the scheduled appointment....when I called them to reschedule they happily adjusted our appointment time. When we got there, the professionalism continued. The great service continued. Unbeknownst; my daughter left out the same day......with BRACES! Absolutely phenomal all the way around. Our tech Wesleigh was great patient and friendly. She took her time explaining things to my baby. The doctor was amazing as well"

They were so patient with my daughter, always explained every step to put her at ease and were her biggest cheerleaders throughout the journey. We did early treatment which consisted of an Invisalign expander and then metal braces for about a year. I’m so glad we did that. I wish I could have done that and avoided braces in high school! Thank you for the great experience."
"We went in for a consultation and discussed what was needed and options available. Payment plan system is nice. Our girl got her braces on that day. Everyone was helpful and nice. Nicole (I believe) helped choose colors and pattern for the braces. She made it fun and not so scary an idea. So glad they were recommended to us."

"I can not put into words how grateful I am to Dr. Lee and her team. Every visit was met with a smile and the enthusiasm the girls had, everytime we saw progress in my teeth was so amazing. I was 29 when I had my consultation and as of today as 31 I had my bottom braces removed. My crooked teeth were my biggest insecurity as a female. And I’m so happy with my results and I recommend this crew of girls to anyone looking for orthodontic needs! If you’re scared of braces or the thought of Invisalign don’t be! "Brought my granddaughter to her appointment and was impressed to say the least. The receptionist was so sweet as well as the assistant that tightened her braces. The office manager offered us an ice cold bottle of water and saw I was having a hard time with my grandson so she brought out crayons and a color sheet to keep him occupied. When we were leaving he gave her his color sheet she hung it in her office which made his day! keep up the great work Smile Doctors."
