The dentist, dental assistants, every employee I encountered was amazing. It was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. They were understanding of any concerns I had, very communicative on the details and the process. To top it off, my kid absolutely loves her braces, they talked her through the whole way and we could not be happier the way it all turned out."

"Everyone I encountered today was very friendly; Liz B was very polite, explained financial matters clearly and was very patient; the “other” Liz, who’s been there longer (lol), was very personable. She explained in detail what she was doing, what to expect, how to handle everything dealing with braces! And while I forgot the doctor’s name (blame it on being nervous), he was great! He was very informative and polite; explained pros and cons and what to expect! My son was a patient over 15 years ago and the professionalism & quality of work brought me back!"

"My visit to the Smile doctors was amazing. The doctors were very nice and they told me and my mom all the details about what’s going to happen when I get my braces. They showed me the different kinds of braces there are, and at the end of my visit they gave me a goodie bag and they let me pick out some snacks. Overall the visit was a 10/10."
"We had such a great experience here for our consultation, specifically with Liz. Our consult was for my 12 year old son who is and has been extremely anxious to get braces. We have been told it is too soon due to the need to lose a few more teeth. During our consult, Liz being a mom herself, could see my son’s disappointment and addressed his comments and concerns just as I have with my son. Totally unscripted and unprompted, she reassured him the need to wait and convinced him it would be better to wait until his teeth were ready. While it was the same thing I had been saying, my son needed to hear it from someone in the field. She was so patient and able to read his facial expressions and respond accordingly. We will be back when the time is right. Very professional office and caters to the patient in the room"

"I had an AWESOME experience at DN Orthodontics with my braces. I was very fearful before I got them on, thinking the entire process would be painful. Once I got the braces on it took some getting used to, but now I'm hooked. I don't want them off lol. I just got them removed today and I was very tempted to reschedule my appointment. I'll miss them. The staff was wonderful from the beginning to the end of my process. I want to thank Rebecca for being so kind to me today, with the removal of my braces."
