"Today was my first appointment with the Smile Doctors. It was a great first appointment!!!! As soon as I walked in, the reception staff greeted me, checked me in and we had a good chat/laugh about my lamberts shirt I wore today. Everyone agreed that a trip to lamberts is much needed! Right away they took me back for X-rays and pictures. Which was fast and easy. Then a few minutes later they took me to a room and discussed the X-rays and pictures that were just taken, as well as what I was looking for in an end result. I went in because I had braces in high school and after using night guards over the past 15+ years a few teeth have moved. The doctor came in and explained what he saw in my X-rays and pictures and what options I had. I could go with the fast and easy option, which included just fixing the few crooked teeth. Or I could go with a bit longer of an experience and fix the crooked teeth and the small overbite I had. The technician was awesome at going over the pricing for each package option I had. And was extremely helpful in picking which option to go with!! She then got me right in to get my teeth scan so those can be sent off to the labs and get my retainers in as fast as possible. She then scheduled my next appointment, got all my paperwork together, even a T-shirt! As I went to leave I asked about cost for today’s appointment. They explained that the consultation and X-rays were at no charge! I was shocked!!!! I had to ask a couple of times just to make sure!!!! The whole experience was extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming and amazing!!! I’m very excited for a future smile!!! A huge thank you to all the staff members with Smile Doctors!!!"
"The experience at Smile Doctors by DN Orthodontics was absolutely incredible , just by walking in the lobby was clean , the receptionists greeted and was so nice ! Made it very welcoming !The moment I met Liz ( the consultant ) she was AMAZING , little fun fact we are both from Texas ! We talked , we laughed , went over everything I needed to know about financing ! I meet Dr. Devereux ! Funny man ! Sweet man ! Made everything so relaxing ! Told me how long I was gonna have my braces ! Just made everything great ! The dental assistant was so sweet as well ! She taught me how to use the scan that is given to you at the end ! Showed me how to set up everything !Every step of the way , someone was there , everything was done with confidence!"

"I was referred to go to Smile Doctors by many people and they specially praised Kirsten/Gabby for her Patient Care Skills, fun and joyful personality, as well as her knowledge. All of my appointments have been with Gabby and I can say she lives up to her expectations. If you are considering braces, I highly recommend Smile Doctors and Gabby for your needs. The only thing I think Smile Doctors should address is the lack of training and knowledge their call center has. I refuse to use the call center! They are clueless and ignorant."

I had my braces removed today, it was a great experience. They went above and beyond to help me not only with my braces removal but with my medical needs as well. You see I tripped in the parking lot on the way to my appointment. Everyone (Drs and Staff) gave me their undivided attention, making sure I was ok.
