"I am a 38 year old who did Invisalign with the smile direct company. When they went bankrupt I was left without a proper fitting retainer, no where to go, and no one to contact. Because I have been without proper fitting retainers for the last few months, my teeth have begun to shift. On a whim I called the Smile Doctors and they were able to see me immediately. They were so kind and patient. And a month later I have new retainers that we will use to adjust my minor issues. "Today was my first appointment with the Smile Doctors. It was a great first appointment!!!! As soon as I walked in, the reception staff greeted me, checked me in and we had a good chat/laugh about my lamberts shirt I wore today. Everyone agreed that a trip to lamberts is much needed! Right away they took me back for X-rays and pictures. Which was fast and easy. Then a few minutes later they took me to a room and discussed the X-rays and pictures that were just taken, as well as what I was looking for in an end result. I went in because I had braces in high school and after using night guards over the past 15+ years a few teeth have moved. The doctor came in and explained what he saw in my X-rays and pictures and what options I had. I could go with the fast and easy option, which included just fixing the few crooked teeth. Or I could go with a bit longer of an experience and fix the crooked teeth and the small overbite I had. The technician was awesome at going over the pricing for each package option I had. And was extremely helpful in picking which option to go with!! She then got me right in to get my teeth scan so those can be sent off to the labs and get my retainers in as fast as possible. She then scheduled my next appointment, got all my paperwork together, even a T-shirt! As I went to leave I asked about cost for today’s appointment. They explained that the consultation and X-rays were at no charge! I was shocked!!!! I had to ask a couple of times just to make sure!!!! The whole experience was extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming and amazing!!! I’m very excited for a future smile!!! A huge thank you to all the staff members with Smile Doctors!!!"
